She is one of 75 women featured in\u00a0<em>I Dream A World: Portraits of Black Women Who Changed America<\/em>. Sienna College Research Institute and the Women&#8217;s Hall of Fame designated her as one of &#8220;America&#8217;s Women of the Century.&#8221;\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\nToday, she is the Geraldine R.
